Well-being

In this section I will share my experience of learning how to cope in such a fast paced, uncertain society. Such as practicing transcendental meditation, being  part of a Crossfit community, sleeping better, and other self-care methods. I am definitely not perfect and have not mastered my methods but I find many benefits from having them in my routine and hope you can find some inspiration from my journey.
