I am a big fan of breakfast and really don’t understand why some people choose not to eat what is said to be “the most important meal of the day”. Breakfast kick starts your metabolism and sets you up for the day ahead, which is especially important if you have a busy lifestyle. Breakfast doesn’t have to be bland or feel like a chore, when you have a list of easy recipes that are quick and tasty.

I don’t do anything too fancy during my working week but on a Saturday or Sunday morning I love getting up on to make a batch of healthy pancakes, chickpea scramble and avocado on toast or a fulfilling smoothie (all normally eaten in bed with a big mug of tea…)
